Doderlein Basille

Hi doc or anyone, I went for a checkup and got an papsmear, which indicated that there was traces of Doderlein Basille. What is that and how is it treated. I''ve tried to search on the web but nowhere can I understand what it really means. Must I go to my doctor, is it dangerous?
