Doderlein Bacullis and Cytolysis

Good day. I had a papsmear and the results show that I have Dodelein Bacullis with terrible cytolysis some neutrophills and intermediate cells. I had a hysterectomy in 2008 removing only my uteres, because of alot of reasons one being a carcinoma. What does the smear''s results mean?
