do i need to be worried?

last year september i had unprotected sex, after 4 weeks i had a rapid hiv test which came back negative, then in march this year i went to go have another rapid test done at my local clicks, it was also negative, can i believe now confidently that i am negative and have no need to worry - every time i feel sick i get worried i might be hiv positive
