while driviing had a cold swett and dizzines rested and toke a asprine and water have still that feeling nausea feeling I am 66

It could have been caused by low blood pressure (due to heart arrythmia, orthostatic hypotension or even due to oxygen deprivation of the heart muscle) Let your doctor examine you - check Bloodpressure, do ECG to see if there is any cause for it.
