Divorce: Filing of court docs

I am defending my divorce... I sent claim as required... The plaintiff''s attorney sent me a plea in reconvention. However, this plea has not been submitted to court only to me. What happens should the plaintiff''s plea not be filed in court by the date of trial.

The Plea would normaly be filed at Court as well. Inspect the Court file.
