Discharge &  Mentruation

I have a friend who suffers from a watery discharge that smells about a week before her mentrual period. She also suffers from heavy pain during her period and the time span of her period differs anything between 3 to 6 days. Sometimes when she has intercorse theres bleeding afterwards that lasts about 1 hour after sex. Could this be symptoms of cervical cancer? She last had a pap smear in 2007. What else could she be treated for and if cervical cancer what should be done immediatly?

It could be that these are symptoms of cervical cancer, but polyps, endometriosis and chronic PID can also cause these symptoms. The diagnosis can only be made with a full history and examination by a doctor.

Best wishes
