digestive problems &  pregnancy

if a person had digestive problems such as spastic colon or peptic ulcers, problems like that, would that cause any hassels with a pregnancy? and how does high cholesterol affect pregnancy? i still have to go for a scope to see if i have a digestive problem but dont know if that can cause me to miscarry in anyway if i was to fall pregnant?

The pregnancy ill not be affected though your symptoms could be worse in pregnancy.
The usual drugs used to lower cholesterol cannot be used in pregnancy, so a very strict low fat diet would be necessary.
