Dear G
A vitamin B12 injection would only contain one of the B vitamins, namely B12 or cyanocobalamin. A deficiency of vit B12 can lead to so-called pernicious anaemia. A vitamin B complex injection would contain a number of B vitamins such as vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), niacin, etc and not necessarily any vit B12. For example in my copy of MIMS, Lennon Vit B Co contains vit B1, B2, niacin, vit B6 and pantothenic acid (all B vitamins), whereas the product Lennon vitamin B12 injection only contains vit B12.
Hope this helps
Best regards
