Diets

I want to loose weight and eat more healthy, what is the best way to loose with a steady pace? People have suggested all sorts of diets, but i would like to know are these diets a good suggestion, for eg, the Atkins Diet?

Has anybody got any suggestions or diet plan menus or any advice?

To lose weight you need to basically change your lifestyle.
