diet please

Ek het die dieet gekry nou wil ek weet of dit reg is en my kan help ek het begin gym ek het nie veel gewig om te verloor nie die dieet is sso volg:
Option 1 Breakfast - Meal 1
1 cup of cooked oats or oat bran with one scoop
(½  serving) of USN Pure Protein
1 green apple / Green Tea
1 cup black coffee

Option 2 Breakfast - Meal 1
2 slices of rye bread
(wheat free)
2 egg whites and one whole egg
1 green apple
1 cup black coffee / Green Tea


Option 3
1 grilled fish fillet
1 grapefruit (fist size)
1 cup of cooked oats
1 cup black coffee / Green Tea


Lunch -
Option 1
1 medium baked (microwave) sweet potato or potato
150g skinless chicken breast or
hake fillet (microwave or grilled with spray and cook)
1 cup of cooked broccoli


Option 2
1 cup of cooked brown rice
1 tin of solid tuna in water
1 green apple - or two slices of fresh pineapple
1 cup of mixed vegetables


Option 3
1 150g lean grilled steak
1 cup of cooked brown rice, baked potato or sweet potato
1 cup of cooked or steamed green beans
½  green apple


Dinner - Meal 5

Option 1
1 medium to small baked
(microwave) sweet
potato
150g skinless chicken breast or
hake fillet (microwave or grilled with spray and cook)
1 cup of cooked broccoli

Option 2
1 cup of cooked brown rice
1 tin of solid tuna in water
1 cup of mixed vegetables
with apple cider vinegar


Option 3

1 150g lean grilled steak
1 cup of cooked brown rice or small sweet potato
1 cup of cooked or steamed green beans

Is there anything i can change or aad like pasta or 2 minute noodles?? Can you please give me a plan

The diet listed above is reasonable except that it contains far too much protein - just for lunch and supper you will ingest 300g of protein-rich food! Then where are you going to obtain your calcium from?? There is no milk or yoghurt or cottage cheese mentioned? Adults need at least 1000 mg of calcium a day - did they mention a calcium supplement? If not then I think you should take Calcium Sandox or Caltrate at least every second day while you are on the diet. Seeing that the carbohydrates in this diet are mostly low-GI, you can exchange the brown rice for pasta made with Durum wheat, but not add 2 minute noodels. You can also exchange the steak for grilled fish.
