Dear Anonymous
Click on 'Diet' at the top of this page and then on 'Food as medicine' and 'Hypertension' and read about the DASH Diet which was developed in the USA to lower bp. This diet is low in fat and sodium which will lower your bp. It also contains high levels of protective nutrients such as potassium and calcium which will further lower your bp. Once your bp has dropped you can include regular daily exercise such as going for walks but first check with your medical dr if this is permitted or not.
