As for exercise, health experts agree that everyone should do at least 30 min of cardio exercise a day or 1 hour for at least 3 times a week. See if using a moderately energy-increased diet and doing exercise 3 times a week for 1 hour maintains your weight. If you do find that your weight increases, you may have to reduce your energy intake a bit or up your exercise, which ever option is the most doable for you.
