Dear Nazzy
You can certainly eat All Bran and fat-free mil or yoghurt for breakfast and have Provitas with fat-free cottage cheese for lunch with a fruit or some salad, if you want to lose weight. Taking vitamins is not really necessary because energy levels are determined by the amount and type of carbohydrate you ingest. For slimming purposes it is a good idea to use low-fat, low-glycaemic index (GI) carbohydrates (Click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'The Glycaemic Index' and read the articles on the GI) and to reduce the total fat content of your diet. Combine your diet with daily exercise (at least 30 min) to achieve the best results.
Best regards
