Diet

I know that your daily diet should be +/- 15% Protein, 60% Carb, and the rest unsaturated fats. But what must the intake be mornings vs midday vs night?

Dear LL
Generally speaking it is a good idea to distribute your food intake over the day. It is up to you to decide if you would like to eat 3 larger meals a day or 6 smaller meals instead. Let's say you decide on the 3 larger meals, then you can have about 5% protein, 20% carbs and 8% fats at each meal. In food terms this would entail eating one serving of lean protein, 2-4 servings of carbs or vegetables/fruit and 1 serving of unsaturated fat (oil, margarine or salad dressing) per meal.
