Dieet

Ek wil graag op ''n 3-dae vars groentesap dieet gaan. Dit behels baie groen blaargroente, beet, gemmer, wortels en suurlemoen. Wat is dr se opinie daaroor om vir 3 dae sonder enige vaste kos te gaan? Dit is nie vir gewigsverlies nie, maar eerder ''n detox. Ek vind dat ek baie opgeblaas is nadat ek geeet het, veral stysel tipe kosse. Blykbaar gee jy jou spysverteringskanaal en organe ''n blaaskans as jy op ''n groentesap dieet gaan. Ek is geneig om myself soms te ooreet, veral ook aan vleis, alhoewel ek nie oorgewig is nie. Ek is ''n 31 jarige vrou, 165m lank en weeg 54. Is dit gevaarlik wat ek beoog? Dankie
