DIEET

HIER IS WAT EK GEDINK HET OM TE EET:
Ontbyt: 50g oats
koppie koffie

middagete: 1 cup brown rice
1 tin of tuna
1 cup mixed vegtables
1 appel
Kan ek pasta ook eet met bv maalvlies by maar hoeveel???

aandete: 1 medium aartapel
150g hoender of 150 varkvleis of n vis fillet
1 cup broccolli of 1 cup mixed vegtables of green beans

Ek drink so 2 tot 3 liter water per dag. Die dieet wil ek volg saam met my gym is dit gesond of nie?? Dankie

Die dieet wat jy noem, is effens ongebalanseerd - dit bevat bv te min melk of jogurt en sal dus laag wees in kalsium. Om aan jou kalsiumbehoefte te voorsien, behoort jy 3 koppies vet-vrye melk of jogurt by die dieet te voeg. Die proteïeninname is ook te hoog - probeer om jou porsies vis en vleis tot 90g of minder te verlaag. Jy kan wel pasta gemaak van Durum koringmeel en baie maer maalvleis in die plek van die tuna en bruin rys eet. Onthou tog ook dat te veel water nie goed is nie.
