Diabetic retinopathy and low vision

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO HELP PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM DIAVETIC RETINOAPTHY AND HAVE LOW VISON.

There is not much you can do - the damage is caused in the blood vessels due to high blood sugar levels - the best way to treat this is to prevent it by keeping blood sugar under control.
