i want to do the detox diet found on this site.
It says i can include whole wheat bread.
Can i have it for b' fast, lunch and supper?

You can use any high-fibre bread such as wholewheat to increase your dietary fibre intake and provided you eat a variety of other foods like fruit and vegetables, you can have bread 3 times a day as your main carbohydrate. Just avoid piling high-fat spreads, butter, margarine or mayonnaise on the bread.

How much bread is enough
and is avocado okay for a spread?
Or can i spread i tsp sugar free peanut butter?
