Depression

Can i gynae test for Various vitamin defiencies. I know I am depressed showing syptoms. Had an Iron test done with my doctor he says its fine. But my depression hasnt gone away.
This is the fourth time in my life I have suffered. Once the dr gave me a B12 injection and this made me feel better. Please help should I see a dr or gynae.
