deaf ear

monday the ENT removed compacted wax under anaesthetic. 3 days now and still my ear is COMPLETELY deaf and feels as if there a ball of cottonwool in there? should i just wait longer?

You should go back to the ENT as soon as possible, it may help to have an audiogram done if the hearing loss persists. Your ENT must examine the ear to exclude obvious causes. Do not wait any longer.
