17 year old daughter, diet not complete, what volumes of food should she eat daily

I do not have a specific diet plan for teenagers, but if you access the energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet published on this Website (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss', ‘Balanced diet’ and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet), you can compare what your daughter is eating with the recommendations. If she does not need to lose weight then she can have larger portions of the permitted foods. In fact the whole family will benefit from eating this type of low-fat diet which is rich in fruits and vegetables.
