I have tried various punishment methods. She does so without batting a eyelid or showing remorse. Also, she gets very nervous before school (Monday mornings, e.g.) and also for tests and exams but has not yet realised the onus is on her to buckle down and learn. She is determined she does not need help with schoolwork but I do keep my eye on her progress. She tends to " dismiss" languages because she finds it boring! I have tried extra classes, to no positive avail. Not what you were looking for?
