Cysts and pain of ovaries

I am 34 and had cysts removed in January this year (3rd time) - every year I go for a checkup I have cysts, and the meds doesn''t take it away or make it smalelr, so I have to have a laporoscopy. I''m feeling discomfort on both sides again - sometimes it is during ovulation and that is normal I believe, but I feel discomfort throughout the month. Could I have cysts again?

I guess so but, unless the cysts are larger than 4 cm and persist, there is no need for surgery.
