Cyst in the " Roof"  of Vagina

Hi - i had a hysterectomy in april and the ovaries were left - last week i visited a new doctor, he could not even pick up the left ovary, completely disappeared, and the right ovary is so small, hard to see it. there is also a cyst on the " roof"  of the vagina - as he explained. Please advise if this is normal, and what can be done

It is common for the ovaries to be very small after menopause. I am not sure what the cyst was that your doctor mentioned. It could be part of the vaginal scar, but you would have to ask him what he meant.

Best wishes
