Cycle

Dear Doc,
I just need your advice. My previous menstrual cycle started the 14th of Sept. The last one started the 12th of October. How long is my cycle, is it 28 days or 29? If it is 28, when is the possible date that I will ovulate, is it the 25th of October?
Thank you for your time.
Regards

Hallo Julie
You count from the 1 st day of your cycle to the next first day. Your ovulation will be around 11-16 days after the start of your period. There are ways to determine when you ovulate - by taking your basal body temperature or use an ovulation kit you buy at the pharmacy.
