A teaspoon or 5 g would, therefore, contain 11 kJ and 0,4 g of fat, which are both low values. However, if you have too many cups of coffee with added coffee creamer then the kJ and fat intake will mount up. Compare the energy and fat content of the Cremora Lite with the values for standard coffee creamer to see if there is a difference.
