Cramps during early pregnancy

I have just found out that I am pregnant. I have been having some cramps.I have not yet seen a gynea coz I am still trying to find one that is contracted to medical aid. I am just concerned. Is there anything I can use for the nausea?

Mild cramps in early pregnancy are normal. Dry toast, ginger biscuits and ginger tea often help with nausea.
