cramps

Hi Doc

For the past few months I have been getting cramps in my feet and hands. The cramps in my feet often happens when I run or stand on my toes. Am I lacking in some sort of nutrient. Is it advised to see a doctor?

Thanks

Hallo Lands
It can be caused by overexertion of the muscles of the feet ( like when you walk around on high heels the whole day) or due to low Calcium or magnesium levels. Try taking a Calmag supplement and see if it improves?
