Hallo Paddy
Most of us had a coxachie virus infection sometime or other our lives, and it usually goes away by itself. There is no treatment. It is normally not dangerous to pregnant women, in very rare cases the mother can be infected (although most of us have antibodies by our teenage years already) causing miscarriage
