Dear Michelle
No Coxsacie virus infections are quite common in the general population. People who are HIV negative also get infected and most people have antibodies against Coxsackie. With a CD4 of 629 it should not affect you more than other people but you could try Moducare supplements to boost your immune system to fight this. Are you on Antiviral medication or not yet?
