Hallo Sue
You probably have a sinusitis with a post nasal drip. Try using Benylin, rinse your sinuses with salt water (1/2 teaspoon salt in 1 cup lukewarm water - sniff up and blow out) and take an immune stimulant like Viral choice c. If you develop sore sinuses, develop fever, have yellow or green phlegm, rather see your doctor for antibiotics.
