Dear Fatima

The best treatment for corns on the top surface of the toes is not to get them in the first place! These lesions are caused by shoes that are too tight, too small or too narrow. Pressure and friction aggrevates the skin which causes the corns. Chhose shoes that do not rub on the toes and the corns will go away. A podiatrist can help by removing them but if you don't change your shoes they will just come back.

Chris
