Contraception advice please!

I have never used any other contraception than condoms and thinking of going onto the Pill now that I am in a serious relationship (I have been single for a couple of years now and used condoms for the occasional sex).

Please advice me on what my options are.
Also, can my GP prescibe a Pill for me or should I visit my gynea for that?

Nordette or triphasil are good pills to start with. Your GP can proscribe these.

Best wishes.
