Contest of will

My son and daughter in-law were divorced 5 years ago. We have changed our will however I would like to know if anything happens to us can the ex daughter in-law have the ill contested?

Thank you so much - No we have had our will revised. However we have left a substantial amount in Trust for the 2 grandchildren.
