Construction in office

Hi Doc
They are doing construction of dry walls in our office. It involves cutting and fitting the dry walls, and then filling and sanding the joints, and thereafter painting of the walls. All this is done during office hours and the construction is right in between our desks. People are struggling to breath with all the dust. I cannot believe that this is a healthy situation.
What is the law regarding construction in offices and what can we do to protect our health? Management just laughs our complaints off.
Kind regards
