I suggest that both your husband and yourself, consult your doctor for a full examination. A diet does not necessary cause migraines. Migraines can be well treated with products specifically formulated to cure the headaches.

Your husband cramping in his legs can be caused by a lack of certain minerals, like Magnesium and he can try a product called MagSalt to supplement his diet. This is available over the counter.
