Is there a difference between " work performance"  and " standard of performance?"

Let me guess ... you have just been through your first performance reveiw? Probably done by someone who likes to throw around jargon when they don''t know how to just talk directly to someone.

" work performance"  probably points to your performance as an individual and " standard of performance"  is the level of performance you are expected to maintain. For anyone in the manufacturing/production industry this is very straight forward as you have a set number of tagets to maintain in order to keep costs down &  profits up.

Perform 100% everyday and you should have no problems.
