concerned

We are going through a custody battle, just for the child to have one home to go to after school.

Just for instance, he gets custody for some reason, would I still have to pay for everything?? How would it work then?

No my dear the Law doesn''t work like that he still has to pay his share and you yours.The maintenance court will size up the situation and it get''s split down the middle........I''m sure many forum users will also advise you. Good Luck !
