Dear Fify

The problem of secondary infertility is not uncommon as many things can change after normal conception. It is therefore important that you visit your gynaecologist and have an evaluation of not only the pelvic organs but also the hormonal environment and tubal status. Should you not be with the same partner I would recommend a sperm analysis also be done early on.
