Combining contraceptive methods

Greetings!

If I combine interrupting coitus (also, urinating before sex to flush out any sperm from the urethra that could get into pre-ejaculate) with using a spermicidic foam can I achieve a Pearl index similar to that of a condom?

Thanks for your help!

A condom is still your safest bet. The contraceptive means you use at present still carry a large risk factor and can be severely compromised by the slightest factor. Rather, still use a condom or let your partner use an oral contraceptive.
