Colesterol

Does bbq/braaing on open fire add to colesterol?

Dear Mystic
No, whether you braai or cook meat, the cholesterol content will be the same. Braaing can however be bad for the colon as the burnt fat can be carcinogenic ( cancer forming) and increase your risk to develop colon cancer.
