COLDS AND GYM WORKOUTS

I have been experiencing a cold (post-nasan drip, very runny nose, slightly phlegmy cough) for almost 10 days now. I have stopped my gym workouts during this period. At what point should I be able to return to gym?

Hallo Lara
You should not gym if you have fever, shortness of breath or sore muscles. If it is just a runny nose and you don't feel sick otherwise, you can gym
