Cold

Good day Doctor

I wanted to know would it be okay if I did a half marathon while still having slight symptoms of a cold?I still have a bit of a cough (very mild) and dry/sore throat in the morning when I wake up.
I am only doing it on Saturday (today is Wednesday), so is there anything in the meantime I can do to speed up the recovery?

Thanks &  Regards

Hallo Andrew
You should not run if you have fever, sore muscles or shortness of breath, or palpitations. Try taking Viral choice C twice a day to speed up healing.
