Coin swallowed

My 4 year old has swallowed a R2 coin on Sat 5 March. It has not yet passed through his stool. Should I be worried?

Hallo Karin
Maybe it will be better to have him x/rayed to see where the coin is - it may be stuck in his stomach as it may be too big to go through the stomach opening. If it is still in the stomach, it may need removal with a gastroscopy under light anaesthetic.
