Dear Adi
Having a cup of coffee or tea after a meal should not really affect your digestive processes. The caffeine in coffee and tea acts as a mild stimulant and diuretic, so in some cases, it is used to promote digestion. Drinking very large quantities of liquid after a meal could slow down digestion and also make you feel uncomfortable. Stick to moderate portions.
