Coccyx pain after birth

I had some tailbone pain before giving birth, and now after the birth of my baby it is worst than it was. It is not so bad that I need pain medication, it is more irritating, and sometimes when I want to get up, or turn around when sleeping it hurts a lot. Would osteopathy help for coccyx injuries?
