Coccyx

Been to Dr &  Xrays been done as I have difficulty to sit or lie on my back. Can Spastic Colon cause pain to my Coccyx?

A spastic colon can cause a referred pain to the gluteal area, as well as sacral area but the degenerative conditions of the spinal colomn have to be excluded.
