Clomid and multiple pregnancy

Hi there

I fell pregnant with identical twins without any treatment etc. Unfortunately at 29 weeks I lost one and had to have an emergency c-section to save the remaining baby.

Before this I also gave birth to a healthy 38 week baby without treatment.

My question to you is, can I increase my chances of having twins again by using clomid?

Thanks

There is a small increase in the chances of multiple pregnancy if you take Clomid.
