What is the reason for more and more men over the age of 50years old undergoing circumcision at this later stage in life?
Does it help with urinary problems, adding to hygiene, or is it more often done for aesthetic reasons, such as women would go for a boob fix?

There are legitimate reasons for circumcisions, like skin infection, hygiene, skin disease, chronic urinary tract infections, cancer etc. Some men can do it for aesthetic reasons.
