chronic cramping

hey,

I went off my bc in december 2010. Started experiencing cramps in my right ovary. Bearing down pain, crampin durin and after sex, thigh cramps. Gynae found a cyst, worked it away with primolut n..i was fine 4 a while after then the cramps came back with a painful period. The gynae performed a lap which was all clear. A week afta lap i ended up in hospital with severe abdominal pain. They did xrays and scan but found nothng. Gynae kept me 4 anotha day due 2 crp markers being high but no treatment given besides pain meds. He still doesnt know what the cause is. He''s refered me 2 a gastroenterologist thnkin that its bowel related. Iv since gone back on my bc. My period was much better but im havin burnin pain ova my ovaries. Its been 5 days afta start of my period. Do i go 4 a second opinion or 2 the gastroenterologist?
